What Your Storage Rate Includes

When you choose Academy South Mini Storage, your monthly rate is designed to be clear and comprehensive:

• No hidden charges – No administrative fees, processing fees, or unexpected add-ons.

• Straightforward promotions – Any discounts are clearly explained upfront with no fine print.

• Included insurance coverage – Every unit includes built-in protection for your stored items.

• Flexible month-to-month rentals – Rent only as long as you need, with prorated move-outs.

• Rate stability – Your initial standard (non promotional) rate is protected for a minimum of twelve months.

Our goal is to make storage pricing easy to understand from day one.

Predictable Rate Adjustments

If rates change after your initial rental period of 12 months, adjustments are reasonable and tied to market conditions—not arbitrary increases. We limit any future adjustments to ensure they remain fair and manageable, so you can plan your storage costs with confidence.

Promotions vs. Standard Rates

Sometimes we offer limited-time promotions to help you save when you move in. These offers are clearly defined and separate from your base rate.

Here’s the difference:

• Promotions are temporary discounts applied at move-in. Once the promotional period ends, your rent returns to the standard base rate shown in your agreement.

• Rate adjustments occur only after your protected period and reflect broader pricing changes, not individual customer increases.

We make sure every customer understands both the timing and the pricing before they rent.

Storage should feel secure—not confusing. Many storage companies advertise low introductory rates, then add fees or increase rent shortly after move-in. That’s not how we operate.
